This public website is an informational launch. New registration, login, subscription purchase and payment are closed. The website accepts no video-processing submissions. The animations and photographs are examples, not a live video or a generated answer for a visitor.

## Product facts

- Original captions and timestamps are supplied by TubeType; the connected ChatGPT or Claude client writes the report or answer.
- Default source processing checks cache and captions first. Missing captions require user agreement before audio transcription and allowance deduction; an explicit audio-transcription request authorizes that processing.
- Report use cases include thematic analysis, detailed explanations, original timestamp references and follow-up questions.
- Speaker-perspective Q&A is optional and based on attributable statements in the requested video. It is an AI discussion, not a response from the real person. Unconfirmed views should not be attributed to that speaker.
- Multi-video speaker knowledge is under private development and is not a publicly available feature.
- Planned member plans are FREE, BASIC, PLUS and PRO. Public enrollment, checkout and automatic billing are not available.
- History storage is off by default; consenting members' subsequent history metadata is retained for 93 days. Transcript caching has a separate retention policy.
- MCP endpoint: https://mcp.tubetype.com/mcp — authenticated service access requires an existing account and entitlement. This is distinct from the public website.
- Primary website language: Korean. TubeType is independent of OpenAI and Anthropic.
